Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, you should be aware

show you how to avoid and resolve disputes.
Some of the questions answered include:
- Who is covered by the Landlord and Tenant Act?
- What are the obligations of a Landlord? Of a tenant?
- What are the differences between written and verbal
agreements?
- Is a tenant’s security deposit refundable?
- How can a tenant force a landlord to make repairs?
- Can a tenant break a lease? How?
- Can a tenant withhold rent if the landlord refuses to
make repairs?
- How can a landlord start an eviction action?
- In what circumstances can a landlord lock a tenant out?

the act?
