Western Washington Notary Fees

Office - Notarial Act and Fee

  • Witnessing or attesting a signature - $15.00
  • Authorized Representative Review and Verification I-9, $15.00
  • Taking acknowledgment or verification  upon oath or affirmation - $15.00
  • Certifying or attesting a copy - $15.00
  • Receiving or noting a protest of a negotiable instrument - $15.00
  • Being present at demand, tender, or deposit and noting the same - $15.00
  • Administrating an oath or affirmation - $25.00
  • Certifying that an event has occurred or an act has been performed - $25.00

*Notary Fees. Notary fees for our services are $15.00 for the first notary, and each additional notary is available at a discounted price of $12.00 (a 20% discount). It is important to note that each signature being notarized is counted as one, regardless of the number of people signing the document. For example, if two people are signing one document, the cost would be $27.00. We do not charge sales tax for this service.

*Our Forms. If you purchase our form, the notary fee is $12.00. If you purchase a service from us that requires a notary, the fee is included.

*Missing Notary Language. If your form is missing the notary language, we will add it at no additional cost unlike other notaries.

Mortgage Notary - Signing Agent

We specialize in obtaining and notarizing signatures for real estate and loan transactions, including purchases and refinances.

We provide mobile notary services for all cities mentioned in the "Mobile Notary Fees" table. Our fee for the service is $120.00 along with the additional trip fee as mentioned in the table. In case you need us to print two sets of documents, one for you and one for your client, we charge an extra amount of $50.00. If your client visits our office for the signing, you will receive a discount of 10%, and there will be no trip charge.

Western Washington - Mobile Notary Fees

Mobile Notary Service Fee. Our office in Federal Way offers mobile notary services throughout Western Washington. To use our services, we charge a one-way trip fee of $2.00 per mile in addition to the Notary Fee. The minimum trip fee is $30.00 plus the notary fee. To calculate the distance from our office to your location, we use www.google.com/maps.

* Notary Fees. Apart from the trip fee mentioned in the previous section, we charge an additional $15.00 for the first notary. For each additional notary, you are eligible for a 20% discount which brings the cost down to $12.00. Please note that every signature being notarized is counted as one. Therefore, if two people are signing a single document, the total cost would be $22.50. We do not charge any sales tax for this service.

Appointments. We schedule appointments from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 3 pm. Appointments outside these hours have an additional $20 fee.

Auburn - Medical and Senior Care Centers, Mobile Notary

The Auburn Medical and Care centers listed below offer a flat fee of $45. This fee includes the trip charge, the preparation of powers of attorney and healthcare directive documents (if required), as well as notary services. Our legal documents are specific to Washington State and are the same as those used by many attorneys. If your organization is not listed and you'd like to be included, please call the Federal Way Office at (253) 946-0325.

Appointments/ We would like to kindly inform you that our standard appointment hours are from 10 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday. However, for appointments outside these hours, we do require an additional fee of $20. Please let us know if this works for you or if you have any other scheduling preferences. Bonny Lake - Senior Care Centers, Mobile Notary

We are pleased to offer Bonney Lake Care centers with a flat fee of $50.00, which includes a trip charge and professionally prepared legal documents such as powers of attorney and healthcare directives, if required. Our top-notch notary services are also included in this flat fee. If your organization is not listed and you would like to be added, we encourage you to contact the Federal Way Office at (253) 946-0325. Appointments. To better assist you, we are pleased to inform you that we schedule appointments during weekdays from 10 am to 3 pm. However, if you require an appointment outside of these hours, we are happy to accommodate you for an additional fee of $20. This fee will ensure that we can provide you with the flexibility and convenience you need.

Des Moines - Medical and Senior Care Centers, Mobile Notary

We provide medical and care center services in Des Moines at a flat fee of $45.00. This includes the trip charge, notary, healthcare directive documents, and powers of attorney if required. Our legal documents are specific to Washington State and are the same as those used by many attorneys.
